I've got the race on tape. Both Toyotas were on dry tires. Vettel
and Hamilton changed to intermediates. Vettel was faster than
Hamilton on the same tires at the end of the race. There was plenty
of rain during the last two laps. The Toyotas were losing 30-40 sec
to the cars on rain tires. They admitted this. What does Toyota gain
from letting Williams win instead of Ferrari? Why give up any
positions if you don't have to? Massa would have been a worthy
champion as well. Where's the conspiracy?

On Audio tape? William's win? Willam's was never in a position to win.
Vettel was driving for Scuderia Toro Roso. Timo was was driving for
Toyota.
Felipe won driving for Ferrari. Alonso finished second for Renault
Kimi finished fourth for Ferrari. Williams was no where.
Formula 1 is a lot of politics. Kimi moved over to let Felipe win
a race or so ago. Alonso was pissed at Maclaren and said he would help
Felipe
win over Lewis. I think Timo was angling for a ride with Maclaren so
he helped
Lewis come in fifth where he needed to be to win the drivers
championship. Lewis
would have lost it to Felipe if he had come in sixth. Toyota gains
nothing.

OK here is a couple of stills of Vettel passing Hamilton.
Note that Hamilton has his heavily loaded out side tires off the dry
line and Vettel's are on the dry line. That is the reason Vettel was
able to pass Hamilton. Hamilton made a mistake here.
Therefore no way would Hamilton be able to get around Timo clock if
Timo stayed on the dry line. I think Timo moved off the dry line and
let Hamilton pass. Pictures of this fourth coming as I have stills
every one tenth of a second or so apart.
I don't think this was a conspiracy. I think Timo made a conscious
decision to get off the dry line, slow and let Hamilton by. I don't
think Timo is being entirely honest as to do so would make him
vulnerable to a fine or other sanctions. It is illegal to consciously
help another driver. It would be interesting to hear the radio
communications tape between Toyoto and Timo during that time. The
other thing I would like to see is the speed verses track position
telemetry of Timo's car during the last lap to see precisely when and
where he slowed. If Toyoto want to put this to rest they will publish
this info. If not this will go down in history as a black mark on
Formula 1.

I am just reading German Press where doubts are being voiced as well.
To me personally it is so clear that Glock moved out of the way, slowed
down and let Lewis pass. The rain is just a convenient excuse. Where was the water?
However, Timo says in an interviews that he did not see Lewis, come on
now, where you looking at the sky?
My guess would be the directive come from the top brass of F1, not Toyota.
After all, Lewis is a Brit, and the Brits did not have a world champion
for a long time.
And as we all know, it has been done before. Its common practice,
really, it was so obvious.
