Are there folks that build from scratch this motor? Providing they
have the quality of material, CNC machines  and drawings as  such
were provided.  I presume all internal parts are then bought.

Is there an all inclusive bible on doing this kind of work.

Your looking at it Scott :) There are as many ways of doing it as there
are people doing it. Read the entire web site below which should
take you a couple of days. This is the accumulation of ten years worth
of work on my part and many others. Also go on youtube and watch all of the
UTUBPLEASE videos.

All the best engines are based on stock Mazda parts. If you have a buddy
in the auto repair biz he can order a brand new crate block from Mazda
for $3800. Walk in to your local Mazda dealers and they will sell you
one for $5500 retail.
