That may be the case, but there are a couple of variables which are
Dependent on engine RPM.

The fuel pump and EFI will draw it's normal current independent of RPM.
The draw  injectors and igniters, I believe are a product of RPM. It
would be interesting to see the actual draw at T.O. power, high and low
cruise.

These are important facts to know since the rotary is totally electric
dependent. Perhaps dual alternators are appropriate???
