Felix was 'rolling over' well before NSU drastically changed his design, to
that which it is today, from the fixed centre rotating outer design. The
outer rotating design has ( to my mind) too many challenges still. I have an
engineer mate working on that design- I don't see it going anywhere.

Please tell us what broad design goals you intend from this point in time.
