Sorry for the delay about gearing the rotor to the e-shaft info.
This info used to be at http://www.starapex.com  I will ask the inventor if there
is a web address for the geared idea.  Basically. he suggested a planetary
arrangement with rollergears as the planets. This arrangement would replace
the housing and rotor gears as well as the rotor/e-shaft bearing.  I remember
16 tooth planet gears were suggested and would have to work out the sun and
outer ring pitch.  Also the roller diameter(s) have to match the gear pitch
circle to eliminate sliding.
