Recently purchased 13b turbo, would prefer normaly aspirated
13b.
Anyone interested in trade? Located in Howell MI, or trade
turbo and associated parts and rotors. Made decision that
my needs don't require turbo after all.

Paul, I have yet to take the photo of turbo, for you to date
the engine. Classes ended yesterday, so I'll try to get the
photo today after work. Engine is still on the pallet in
the back of my truck.

If it is just one turbo it is somewhere between 1988 and 1992.
It makes a large difference. If it is 1990 to 1992 is better
as the first ones 88 to 90 cracked a lot.

If it has two turbos it is highly valued 3rd gen RX7 engine that
has a much more robust construction over all. Designed for up
to 280 HP.

Hmmm hard to say. Those pics are badly out of focus. If they were
done under florescent lighting that might be the problem.
Use an incandescent bulb and take the pictures over
again. Either that or use manual focus if your camera has that
option. Also remove the heat shield from around the turbo
for a better look.

My wild ass guess is it is a 90 to 92.
Some people might be able to tell from the intercooler
but not me :)

Paul, I drove an 88 and later a 93,and from the labels this looks exactly
as did the 88 in the car.
