 Paul,
I have a kit for a Holly that is specifically made to allow leaning. I
think it is for a 2-BBL. I saw a V-6 Chevy installed in an RV-6 that
was using this method, so I have to assume that it worked. Do you know
if these are still available? If you don't want to use a Holly, then
maybe this unit could be made to work with your latest version of the
slide-throttle which incorporates the fuel bowl.

 Mark Steitle.

That is a good idea Mark. I wonder if that company is still in biz.
It is not clear to me how it works.

Paul Lamar ...No rotor no motor.

I'm no expert in carbs but it seems as though the 'Holley Electronic
Carburetor
Kit' is a replacement for the float bowl with the external adjustment
screw having
an electric motor attached to it. If this is a authentic Holley product,
I doubt it's still in production as they have no mention of it on
their website.

Here is an exerpt from a very old reference I found for the 2-bbl
Holley 4412 carb:

The mechanical leaning device is an aluminum plate that fits between
the lost bowl and the carburetor body. ( "lost bowl" could be a typo,
but this is what the author typed. - M )

Turning a lever at the top of the plate allows more or less fuel to
the jets.

You can contact Tom McNeilly at: 14001 E. Williams Field Rd, Gilbert,
AZ 85234, PH: 602-899-7613. The price for the latest version is $75
(in year 1993).

Another person to ask would be Mr Jess Meyers of Belted Air Power,
active and located in Las Vegas.

I bought 2 of these kits from Tom last year (a great guy to deal with, I
might
add) I seem to recall him saying that he was getting low on leaning
blocks (he
CNC machines them), and wasn't sure if he was going to make any more.
Give him a call, I could be wrong.  And no mine aren't for sale, sorry.
