I've had a 13B stored for 10 years and no longer have a need.  I parted
 out
 a 91 recovered theft and was amazed at the cleanliness of the engine upon
 removal.  Unable to rotate shaft, I left it alone for years.  Upon
 teardown,
 and removal of carbon, I found the rotor housings to be new, new, new.  I
 expect a rebuild was attempted with dire results and used insurance to
 take
 up the slack.  I have not mic'd seals, but all are marked and packaged.
