A warehouse was discovered in a secret location in south Florida
stacked floor to ceiling with the entire collection of Curtiss Wright
experimental Wankel engines along with all papers, casting patterns
and drawings. These are just some of the engines.
There are well over 50 file cabinets full of papers and drawings.
Opss forgot to attach the pics.

Are the picture's linked to SCORE project? Multi-fuel direct-injected
engine.
Matthieu
Yes Matthieu they are. You are looking at some of the original SCORE
engines. Some are wood mockups.

For years I wondered what happened to this stuff . . . but from looking
at the photos I'm reminded why steel parts should never be stored in
Florida!
Paul - do you have any further information on these? Ownership rights?
If memory serves, the rights to this technology was bought by people
with limited interest in furthering it, but rather as a cash cow to milk
but this is what I recall reading the past, not knowledge based on
substantial fact. If true, there may be either a deal to be made, or a
large mess tied up in courts.
If this was covered in another link I missed, my apologies.
Thank you!

I can't say.
