At first glance that looks like a charged cooled AIXRO kart engine.
Not the best choice for that application as there are small rotaries
now that have better BSFC like the Wankel Supertec. Yes it is
an AIXRO. Here is a picture of the same intake system.

Something with an oil cooled rotor and oil pressure fed plain bearings
would be better.
