Here is a part you are going to need if you run Tracy's
EFI system with a p-port. This screws into the apex
seal oil injector port. It has a 10 mm 1.25 thread.
The hose barb is for about 3/16 ID vacuum hose.
The small hole is about .050 diameter to damp the
pressure pulses. This works like a charm and it is possible
to idle the p-port down to about 1500 RPM.

Paul, would this be an appropriate place to get the pressure feedback
for the fuel regulator, or is somewhere in the intake resonator still
most appropriate?
C. Smith

Yes. Ideal place. I would tee them together for the fuel pressure
regulator.

One hidden advantage to this is there is nothing on the SS tube that
could interfere with the sealing collar that slips around the outside of
the tube.

In the original post you referred to the part you would need to run
Tracy's EFI with a P-Port... Can you resend that, I look back thru the
e-mails but couldn't find the original with the attachment?

Mike C.

OK I think this is it. These should be available shortly if the machine
shop can fit them in.

Paul Lamar

Thanks Paul, If your taking orders can you put me down for a couple...

Mike C.

Not taking orders. As soon as they become available I'll let everybody
know where they can buy them. Supply will not be a problem. 100 cost
as much or as little as one to make. Once you get the machine set up
they are cranked out lickety-split :) We will probably wind up
with a ten years supply :)

Perhaps I can save you some time and effort.  Do you know that fittings
like this already exist on the market?  I am speaking about the 'one
touch' push in release, push in take off fitting available in an
assortment of sizes and shapes and used as gas fittings. Many choices
from brass fittings to stainless, straight, Ys, duals, elbows, unions
etc etc. Tubes from urethane to Teflon. One fitting cost a few dollars.
Used extensively in the factory automation industry. Built-in O-rings of
course.

One factory Kogane is right up the road from me.  SMC,  is another 30
minutes away.  Both have California sales offices.

The chance of finding an off the shelf part that will work are slim.
The depth of the treaded part is not much and the fitting
must seal around the rotor housing flat surface. The tiny
.050 damping hole  in the end is also essential.

It is not your run of the mill 1/8 or 1/4 pipe. Most hose barbs
are of that type. We are talking straight 10 mm 1.25 threads.
That is not even a common metric bolt in the US.

Now if you have a catalog with dwgs I am all eyes :)
