Paul Lamar I am building rv7 and wonder if anyone know's the builder
of motor mounts that bolt between oil pan and engine I have one and
plan
to use it but must modify it as it was built for rv7-a need to find
angle to place landing strut mount if I can.
also am interested in your 555 circuit board

I think the guy went out of biz that was building those mounts.
I don't recommend those mounts as it puts too much heat into
the rubber bushings and they are too close to the hot side of
the engine. That means the motor mount tubes interfere with
a muffler or exhaust manifold.
I can give you a dwg of an RV7 motor mount if that is what you need.
Jerry Hey builds complete motor mounts. He has built several RV7
mounts.

Paul,
What timing location did you use for the location of the P-Port?
Did you transpose the timing location of the RX-8 side port for the
location of the P-Port?
Wade
I used this dwg to locate the p-ports. Same as the Mazda Lemans engine.
You can read the Mazda tech paper on the Lemans engine here.

Paul Lamar,
Thank you for the reply Yes a drawing of motor mount would
be helpful and I might be able to change the one support tube on the hot
side of engine if too close to the exhaust and I am also thinking of turbo so
the mount I have might not work ??
Thanks Keith
