Hi Paul,

If you're using ExpressPCB, and you buy a sufficient quantity of
boards, it can be cheaper to get individual boards instead of having
several circuits on one board then having to cut them apart.  The
single board option also includes a solder mask and printed layers
which makes the boards nicer.  It might be 50 or 60 boards to get the
total down to less than the price of three board prototype order.

As an example, I have a design that can put three circuits on one
prototype board.  If I order 50 individual boards, it's cheaper per
board than 9 boards cut out of three prototype boards.
