Good Evening Everyone.

I have a couple questions,  Do you think I would be able
to use a Mazda Rotary in a Quickie Q2 200 ?  I ask because
I have an opportunity to purchase one minus the engine.  I
also need information on capturing the data shown bellow and
in the attached file as I am designing a glass cockpit for
it as well.  All of this data needs to go to a USB port.
I imagine I will find myself creating a board to translate
the signals but I thought I would ask.

Oil Pressure
Volts
Amps
Fuel Pressue
Fuel Flow
Fuel Quantity L & R

It is not advisable to use a 2 rotor Mazda engine in a Quickie as it would
weigh at least 300 pounds firewall forward while an O-200 is only about
200 pounds. If you can find sensors that output 0 to 5 volts
one of these $80 devices will work fine.

And the single rotor I think is out of the question.

The single rotor 100 HP is not totally out of the question. Richard Sohn
is still plugging away on it. He is the closest of anybody I know.

Others are working on 100 HP all aluminum rotaries. AIXRO and Wankel AG
both two rotor engines.
