 Hi Paul
I use this e-mail to be able to send you copy of the photo  a French
 Canard Rotary engine Pusher.
I try to locate the guy by them registration a while ago but no success ,
 someone know about this plane
 Jean Prudhomme

Jean, The picture seems to show a wide flattened faring on the nose gear
which would seem to make it unlikely to be a retractable nose gear. Could
it
be a sterable rather than castering nosewheel to help with yaw control with
a shut down engine? Also notice the rear dorsal fin between the props
doesn't
look as sleak as the rest of the plane, more like an experimental part
possibly to reduce wake vortex if the props are counterrotating. Possibly
someone on the     canard zone     forum mght know what it
is.

I got your disk George but Rhino cannot make heads or tails out of them.

Paul, I tried Rhino 1.1 and had to  find the files of type menu under
file"open" and I have a selection for autocad dxf which opened the file and
let me do modifications  to the drawing. I included" true view" on one of
the the disks which opens  .dxf and .dwg files. I bought  a cad program
online :designcad3D-18 for $29 o ebay which opens these files and exports
in other formats. Did you once mention IGES format, or what is the file
extension for your version of Rhino.

I am temporarly disabled because I use
a removable hot swapable hard drive for my cad software and someone needed
it more than me aparently, and took the one touch backup and install disks
which were located elsewhere in my shop.I bought a 500G hardrive which is
serial ata and doesn't interface with my computer.I am waiting for a PCI
expansion card ($2.32 on e bay) and then A friend of mine worked on this
computer two years ago and thinks he saved  a mirror of my softwear which we
think can be instaled back to the new drive if he can find it on a 2
terabite system with 6 monitors etc.I have some drawings of a homebuilt from
a friend in fla with the rhino icon and have never got one open on this
rhino 1.1   I had a problem subtrating one solid from another on the
bellhousings drawing I sent you and now have that corrected and backed up on
this computer, so give me a list of formats your system can open and I will
try to match it.I think I also sent a bitmap image on the disks but it is
wireframe and not renderable as a bitmap.
