I was able to get a real fat O-ring in there.
 .139 section. This should ease the sealing problem.
 I'll be able to retrofit the blocks if people send them to me.
 It will increase the price somewhat but I think maybe only $5 additional.

 I still have about 35 so perhaps Jeff can machine the groove.

 If you want O-ring slots in your sealing blocks mail them back to
 me and I will do them free of charge and mail them back to you free of charge.

 I'll be doing about 35 so a few more won't hurt.

 Also when pressure testing your P-port put a bit of fresh RTV
 around the tube inside the water jacket and the 50 psi test
 pressure will force that into any leaks you may have at that
 point. Use it sparingly as you don't want it floating around
 inside the cooling system. It could plug a tube or two in the rad.

 Kelly, you will receive your blocks with the O-ring grooves.

Probably. Is the SS tube welded to the rotor housing liner?
Have you pressurized and checked it for leaks with 50 psi overnight?
Did you use Devcon liquid aluminum? I assume you did the whole
procedure and used the aluminum etch.

Should work fine.
