 Is it viable?
Do you have any experience with that?

 Ronen.

Some people have run it successfully but I recommend a thermal couple be
placed close to the lower spark plug to monitor the "cylinder" head
 temp.

 Thanks, Paul.

The website shows that Evans Coolant has only HALF the thermal
conductivity of a 50/50 water/ethylene glycol mix. I'm no engineer, but
halving the rate at which the coolant extracts heat from the block
appears to be a move in the wrong direction.
Their claims of increased efficiency comes ENTIRELY from a lower duty
cycle of the engine-driven cooling fan on large diesel trucks. They
make NO claims that cooling is improved.

I am aware of that. The higher boiling temperature may over ride
that drawback for aircraft engine use. Boiling cannot be allowed
in an aircraft engine. As long as the metal temperature near the
 combustion
chamber around the lower spark plugs remains below 500 F it is OK.

Mark S has installed thermal couples in this area. So did Mazda
 and NASA.

Oddly enough I ran across another reference to cooling problems with
 this product on the
board for Ion Aircraft.  they have a pusher layout, had too much
 trouble  cooling a Jabiru
3300 (air cooled) and went to a pusher Rotax 912 100 hp.  They have
 a P-51 type belly
scoop for the radiator and ran Evans coolant.  Had a ton of trouble
 with overheating as
apparently  you're supposed to run 100% coolant.  they tried 50/50
 with water and cooling
improved in a major way.  They've concluded that regular coolant
 50/50 is the way to
go.  they had a reply on the  board that Evans was NOT the Rotax
 suggested coolant.
Rotax had used it only for two installation specific engines.

Paul. The 5HP 206CC briggs and stratton wka class racing  go-kart engine
was often fit with a thermocouple ring that fit between the spark plug and
the head. There was a 3" square recording meter that clipped on the steering
wheel that shows real time data and a button that when pushed showed the
highest RPM and head temp since the last reset.
