swap the cable with the working unit to determine if its
the cable (most common fault).  Also, low battery
voltage will have same effect. Look at the LEDs for clues as

The larger install file for WBflash must be downloaded and
used rather than the smaller .exe file (VB6 support files
not present). Use this, unzip, then run the setup.exe file

Win XP is a good host OS for the software - no problems
that have not been fixed.
