Mention patent number 20090007882 and the type of airplane you are now
flying and the N number so they can verify who you are. Tell them the number
of hours you have on your Mazda rotary engine.  If you are not flying yet
tell them what you are building.

Lets say you have a 13B burning 10 gallons an hour and you are doing 175
MPH.
Your fuel tank holds 40 gallons so at the current .47 BSFC so  you can fly
for four hours or 700 miles. Cost at $4 a gallon for 40 gallons of 100LL is
$160.
Lets say the 13B Pratt & Whitney Turbo Compound rotary burns fuel with a
BSFC of
.33 instead of .47. That .33 number was mentioned in the patent. See the
attached jpg. That means your fuel burn can go down to 7 gallons an hour so
your endurance  will then become 5.71 hours. Your range will then become
1000 miles up from 700 miles.
