Yes it will be possible to ship to South Africa.
Unfortunately we don't take pay pal or anything other than US cash.

You can send it registered mail or post if you wish and I highly recommend
that when sending anything over $100 U.S. currency.

The slide throttle kit is $175.
I will go out on a limb and accept $40 for shipping to SA.
