In my  "previous life", I spent a fair amount of time with several Boeing
engineers;  one in
poarticular was directly involved with the 757 wing  structure.  In his
words, following my
comment about the flexibility  on the 747 wing, "Boeing would build them a
lot more
flexible if the  public would accept it. When wings flex, they don't break."

Does anybody here see what happens to a sailplane when it pulls Gs?

On another note, when did mazda change the lubrication of the seals in the
Renesis by adding the additional jet?
