I think this is all I have.
This might be OK in Inconel but it could melt and clog the outlet.
The thing that works the best is a six or eight inch cylindrical tangential
muffler with a 2 inch or 2.5 inch dia. cooling tube down the center. Every
square inch of surface area is exposed to cooling air on one side. Make it
out of .065 304 SS. Nothing goes inside except the cooling tube. Put a fish
tail on the exit to quiet it further.

Can Ed Kleppis make copies of that or your improved design for both 2 and 3
rotors? What say you? Drawings of it?

I am working on it. I found the RX8 flange from Mazdatrix needs a bit of work
as it does not match the ports exactly. Also it needs to be 1/8th of an inch
oversize all the way around as the stubs will be made from 1/8 thick 304 SS.
The stubs will be welded to the flange on the inside to relieve the stress
on the heat affected zone of the stubs. I may have some proper size flanges
flame cut. It cost quite a bit to put it in the mill and fix it.
The tangential muffler with cooling tubes will just plug on to the stubs to
provide a slip fit that can move in and as the muffler heats up and cools
off. I may offer a kit than anyone can weld.
