Paul, there is a Brass check valve (I think) in the Oil metering holes in the rotor housings... Should these be removed before installing the Pressure Taps?

That would be news to me.
The check valve is in the screw in oil nozzle.
That is what makes it unworkable for monitoring
the intake system pressure for EFI use.
