Do you have a source for the spring-loaded teflon buttons used on the slide
throttle?  Also, do you have a drawing for the end piece that secures the
throttle cable to the slide throttle assembly?

They don't have to be spring loaded.
A little slop will not hurt.

Craig bought some
1/4 teflon rod from McMaster and cut them on a lathe as I recall.
Drill four 3/16" dia. 3/16" deep holes in the four corners of the slide.

You have to string all this together in one long address.

The throttle cable holder is made from 1/2 inch thick Al plate.

I used 3/16 solid teflon rod from scientific commodities. No springs. trimmed to proper dimension with razor blade after press fit.
