OK, you asked for it!
First photo is my redesigned top-center mount. I extended the old mount up
1" to allow clearance over the renesis. The bottom 4 bolts carry through the
windshield strut mounting plate; top 3 just bolt to the firewall / channel.
The holes in the channel sides are for rivets. It's a zenith, you can't
assemble any part of it w/o rivets.

Nice work Kenny.

So Kenny, you are using both a top/center and bottom oil pan brace. But you
are also installing a renesis, I can't remember, is that a 3 rotor?
Paul, can I move the hat section reinforcement to the back side of the
firewall on my CH-640? That way I can make it longer to get some overlap
with the front gear channel, and maybe eliminate a potential "hinge" point.
I would really like to get the cad file for the center housing fitting, if I
could please. I have access to a medium size CNC mill.
C. Smith
Yes. Just check to see that it does not block nose wheel steering.
If you have a turbo engine you don't need it. The turbo engine has
no hole there in the center housing. Just drill and tap for a 1/2 inch bolt.
Here it is if you have a hole.
