We have completed our testing program of our new Warp Drive replacement blade. Serial production has begun and we are now taking orders for the blades. These blades are the same length as a full length Warp Drive blade. They are considered a one-to-one replacement. They are available in left hand rotation for direct drive and belt drive automotive units. They are also available in right hand rotation for gear drive automotive units. These blades have a co-cured stainless steel leading edge for erosion protection. The blades retail at $350.00 each"

This I think is the best Senenich carbon fiber blade
to use with the Warp Drive hub design. Could use more twist.

Continental IO-240 2EC/C72AE-0 125 HP @ 2800 RPM  Tractor 72" 70"

Blades are 62 HP each so three would be good for a 186 HP side
port rotary engine with a 2.85:1 GB. Four would be needed for
a 250 HP p-port engine.

I don't know what the blade weight is yet but my guess is
less than 2 pounds.

Here is our proposed hub.
The Warp Drive ground adjustable pitch hub configuration is
becoming an industry standard :) The real Warp Drive made
hubs are cracking however hence the new 7075T6 billet hub design.

Jarrett is doing an FEA on a new 3 blade 7075T6 billet preliminary
hub design that will take Sensenich or low cost $175 Warp Drive carbon
fiber blades. We may be able to get a bit more weight out
after the FEA. It will fit Tracy's prop flange.
