Gentlemen,
thank you for your messages and requests. Since you all asked for similar
information, I hope it's OK that you all receive the same message.
As far as single rotors go, some customers are already using our engines,
but we found that we should add some optimizations (better starting with the
engine upside-down, different control of the intake ports). This will be
finished shortly. I don't have much specific picture material and confirmed
engine data yet (except 35hp at 6500rpm), because we focused on the changes
first. But for your information I have attached a 3D PDF of an engine
including a belt reduction and engine mount we made for a customer (you can
move it with the "hand" in Acrobat Reader).
Originally it was our plan to sell the engine only, so customers could
integrate it into their applications as they want. But it seems that most
(even OEMs) prefer to get a complete package with reduction drive, so we
will probably offer both options.
An alternative to our engine will be Parajet's Rotron engine. The core
engine comes from us, but is made with some particularly lightweight
components and turned into a complete package by Parajet. I don't know how
far they have got with their aircraft versions, but the paramotor is just
about ready (as well as the 160cc). You can see more here:

The twin-rotor is still a bit away. The first dyno tests went well, and the
next will follow shortly. The first engines will be made for a new
application of Parajet, but I can't say anything about this. We are
expecting the engine to produce some 70-80hp in a standard configuration and
possibly up to 90hp with special parts like ceramic needle bearings. We want
to take our time for the development, so please understand that I cannot yet
determine how long it will be until the engine is ready. I have attached
some pictures of the prototype we will run soon. The weight is around 25kg.
As we (need to) take things step by step, our engines will continue using
fuel lubrication (premix) and carburettors for now. We have tried some fuel
injection and oil pump systems, but we want to focus on getting these
engines done first and then take the next step.
As soon as I have news on the engines, I will let you know. Thank you in
advance for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Paul sent a 3D that was too big (6 meg)_to publish.
As soon as I figure it out I will add it to the web site.
In the mean time check out this video on youtube.
