I just saved my self $90 or more.  I think. The Honda Odyssey
has an oil level sensor I think. A light came on
that said my emissions systems were damaged or defective.
Apparently it also comes on if the oil level is more
than a quart down. I think. Anyway I put in a quart of
Mobil 1 and the light did not go off. Darn... expensive
repairs on the horizon.

I grabbed my trusty OBD II Car Chip and set it to turn off
the check engine light. The light will come on for
something as simple as a loose gas cap. The light went
out as soon as I started the car. I took two trips around town
and the light has stayed off so far. The Car Chip will tell
you what is wrong if anything. A Honda dealer would probably
charge you the cost of the chip just to run an OBD II
diagnostic and turn off the light after YOU tuned it up.

Good example of knowing how to program micro chips
can make you a millionaire. Too bad we don't have
this on our rotary A/C EFI systems yet. I am working on it.
