The instruction sheet says, at TDC, to set the mag sensor nine teeth after
the missing tooth for a ten degree spark advance BTDC. Am I right in
assuming that ten teeth behind will give me a twenty degree spark
advance???
I am also "assuming" that of the three pins from the module to the double
coils, that one pin fires one coil and another pin fires the other coil,
with the center pin providing the voltage, so I should be able to use
single
coils if I can figure out which pin fires first
As you can tell, computers and electronics are not my forte..

I am not sure which source you are using to learn about EDIS; if you look
into megasquirt, the main site there has a lot of info to help you sort it
all out.
