For all you guys in south Texas I met a rotary guy at
the run offs that has been building rotaries since
the beginning. He started in  Puerto Rica working
for a Mazda dealer back in the days of the early Cosmo
when the R100 was first sold. Puerto Rica has historically
been a rotary hot bed with some of the fastest
drag car originating from there. He now lives in
Huston building race cars full time.

He also does excellent fabrication work and aluminum tig
welding.
