  This is going to save a pile of money
making a dual Ellison for our P-ports.
  Some of the Ellison parts are bought
from Tillotson. Brilliant idea on the
part of Ellison. Cuts his cost enormously.
Rotec is probabbly doing the same thing.
  I was going to use Holley parts but
this is 1000% better.

  Here is the latest 3D's.

  The stock ACRE slide throttle parts are used.
  The slide itself is modified for the brass tube
  with all tiny holes in it.

  The pressure regulator is a copy of the Ellison which
  uses stock Tillotson pressure regulator parts. Same
  as Ellison did.

  The pressure regulator is designed to bolt to the
  stock slide housing using the existing bolt holes.

  The fuel is fed into the center of the brass tube
  and then out to each runner.

  Craig, did you get a quote on the laser holes?

  Very cool Paul.  I don't have anything else to contribute but I think
  you guys are really on to something with this.

  I figured out a way to get the regulator back into the center
  of the slide throttle. It involves milling a slot in the outer cover.

  Another anticipated problem is drilling a real long straight hole
  in the slide. Usually that is done with a special (expensive) device
called
  a gun drill.  That can be solved by making the slide in two
  pieces and linking them together when assembled. Each piece has
  the tube hole drilled separately.

  I also think I can get some more weight out of the regulator
  block. It will have to be completely redrawn but I will wait
  for  that until I get a set of Tillotson parts.

Paul,

I was just about to start on the intake and fuel injection parts.  Guess I
should wait.  This would eliminate the high pressure pumps and all of the
electronics that have yet to be proven and the fuel return line.  If we
use
a magneto setup off of the flywheel all we need is a mechanical fuel pump.

We do a lot of aerospace work.  I will enquire about laser drilling.  What
size holes do you require?  I did not see the regulator at the website.  Did
I miss it?
