 amount of
 E-mail traffic is a bit overwhelming though. I'm sure I'll get
 over it.
 Please check to see if my address is entered twice in your
 distribution
 list. I seem to be getting every message twice.

 We do things a bit differently. A lot of messages that look
 identical are added to at the bottom. Just hit the page down key
 and add your comments on the bottom.
 This way everything is in chronological order.

 Later on when the subject comes up again (and it will :)) we
 can refer
 to what has been said about it in the past if necessary.

 We have been doing it this way for 12 years.

 It is easy to get over it :) Just make a ACRE folder in your
email
 program and drag and drop all messages.

Or, do as I do in Firefox and set up a message filter to drop it
into the ACRE folder when the email comes in!

To do this, while you are reading a message click on "Message" in
the menu line, and then "Create Filter from Message"...direct it
to the folder you want it to go to, and click OK.  From then on,
all messages from ACRE will go to that folder.

Don't know how to do that, or even if it can be done, in Outlook
or other email programs.
