I have the engine turning over and fuel pressure
but I am not sure the wiring is right as the engine
won't start.

Here is a little trick to help you trouble shoot
your installation. The trouble with pulses from a computer
is you can't see them unless you have an expensive
oscilloscope. A VOM won't work. The ignition coils and the
injectors are pulsed by the computer. You also should get
a pulse from the crank angle sensor but to monitor
that will take bit more complicated circuit. This circuit
is merely a simple 1 K resistor and an LED obtainable
at Radio Shack.

If you wire this device into the circuit
when you build it at least you can see the pulses when turning
the engine over during starting and know you have it
wired right. Place then as close to the injector and
coils as possible.

Also later on if something fails this will help trouble shoot
the problem quickly.

Another way to verify if the wiring is OK is to use the diagnostic function
on the EC3 to see if the injectors and the plugs are firing.  It is in page
17 of the manual: Troubleshooting.  But that does not tell if the crank
angle sensor is firing.
