IMO, Todd Silver is probably your best bet...he's done a lot of
work for the canard and RV community when they modify their planes.

I haven't used him myself, but have heard a lot of good comments
about his work and his after sale support.  He also does custom
windshields, and just about anything else you may want or need
out of formed plastics.  He can start with something as simple as
a sketch, an empty frame, or as complex as models or molds if you
have them.
