Order a couple of fuel pumps from Tracy and have them dropped
shipped to me. People use two. One as a back up. You will also
need a pressure regulator. People seem to like the TWM product.
I'll get back to you on the cooling hose type, exact size and part
number. Basically it is 1.5 inch ID Blue Silcone hose and breeze hose
clamps from McMaster Carr.

Michael,
This is half the stock 2nd gen intercooler plumbing.
The compressor housing is rotated clock wise
30 degrees from the pilots perspective to get the
height down below the top of the cowl. Easy7 to
do as you just lossen a few screws and rotate the
compressor housing.
You may need
a little power bulge to clear the intake and the
inter cooler plumbing.
It is amazing how much you can get into a stock cowl
using the rotary. We may need to saw off a pipe or two.
the tubing bends shown are off the shelf from Burns stainless in
aluminum. The exhaust pipe is already welded up.
I am still working on this and I will check cowl
clearance.
It is a little different then the way Dave did it.

Michael, Of the three possible locations for the inter cooler
this looks the best. In theory it is the lowest pressure
drop so for a given boost there is lightly less back pressure
on the exhaust. I'll have my tig welder make some of the parts
using the stock inter cooler core you already own :)
Dave's locations (left from the pilot point of view) is ruled out
because that is where the starter is on the adapter plate.
You can make the ducting with boat tech.
