Does anyone know what the startup oil pressure is on an FD (93-95) tt engine
can reach? This is with the stock oil pressure relief valve and with
unplugged shaft oilers (stock, IOW). It seems as if I am going thru a slew
of oil pressure senders that leak from the terminals!!!!

It can be well over 140 psi when cold. Check the oil pressure
limiter setting in the bottom of the engine.
