Remember to make a 3 rotor version of your heat sink!
Marc
Good luck Marc. I would sell maybe 3 :)
I'll be glad to do a custom but it won't be cheap :) I'd say around $200.

Is Tony going to machine them?
I suppose 2 2 rotors would work!
Marc
I don't know about Tony.
We have not had the demand yet to ask Jeff to makes some.

Marc,
Make them yourself. Use a router or die grinder to mill the reliefs in. Use a
carbide that is for Al or plastic. These burrs have fewer but bigger cutting
edges so they do not load up. A standard burr you would use for ferrous will
load up in short order. You can use a piece of cold roll flat steel clamped to
run the die grinder along to get a straight cut and consistent depth. Just be
careful not to run the non-ferrous bit on the steel.
Drilling and taping the bolt holes in Al is easy. Just use the correct cutting
fluid to get nice clean threads. Not all cutting oils are great with Al.
