Yup, that has been a tough one for me. Stock wouldn't fit my front
cover. I ended up making one out of an off-the-shelf plate on the turbo
that fit a 1/2NPT that I connected to some copper tubes that I brazed
into the proper shape...
It has alway been a source of slowly leaking oil.
Sorry I don't have a stock one for you, but if you find a used turbo
core on e-bay, it will sometimes come with the oil return.

I think I solved the problem.
Make it :)
Burns has .75 inch OD 16 gage 90 degree bends in 304.
Expensive but not that much. Same OD as the stock drain back.
McMaster has all steel braided hose for the flex part.
NPT ends but they can be cut off and welded.

BTW Dave I think I know why your drain back is leaking.
The manifold expands and contracts relative to the
front cover, You need some flex in there. I don't know
what size copper you are using but McMaster
has some all steel flex that can be soldered to the
copper. It is called Braided Hose Assemblies. 12 inches long.
Too long. You need to cut off the NPT ends with a friction saw blade.
McMaster also has some 1/2 inch pipe (1 inch OD) Sch 10 bends for $3
if you want to start over and tig weld. Page 11 catalog 108
