Over where you live the nuclear energy powered government  should
install over head wires so people can use pantographs to power their
cars and charge the batteries while they drive. Once they get off
the main roads with out over head wires they can use the batteries
to get to their final destination. See, I am smarter than you Water

Paul,
I'll send my set tomorrow, I have a few pages up at the hangar that I
must get. You might want to think about an aluminum cowl- it's not as
hard as you might think, and you use the existing cowl as a station
buck. You needn't even take the plane out of service while you are doing
the fabricating.  There is not really too much form in each panel. I
used 5 separate panels- two for the top half, one for each side, and one
bottom panel. Think of it as a cone with slightly bulged sides. I would
send you my Dennis Glover video on metal forming, but I cannot find it,
or it is lent out. Here is where you could get one if you are interested-

You can get an english wheel from Harbor Freight for under $350.
Aluminum is less than $200 or so. It took me about 7-10 days of work to
finish mine.
