Mike Wills came up with a great solution to the side mount
alternator belt wrap problem.

The 13B engine has 2 grove pulley sheaves for both the water pump and
e-centric
shaft.

Mike used the inner pulley sheave belt to drive the water pump only.
The outer sheave belt drove drove both the water pump
and the side mounted alternator.

It is kind of tricky getting the water pump belt on but can
be done by selectively loosening the 5 bolts that hold the pulley sheave to
the
the water pump shaft.

No idler needed.
