  Do you have, or do you know a source which has, a parametric model of
  the 13B or the 13B rotor?  I can work with basically any format,
  Solidworks, Solidedge, Inventor, IGIS, etc.

Paul,

Thanks for the igs file, but it appears that the file is only a 2
dimensional outline of the 13B engine, not a solid model, in a file
format that doesn't permit any changes.  I am looking for a parametric
solid model of the 13B, or the 13B rotor, to which I can make changes.
 If you have such a file, it will probably be a BIG file, probably
requiring the use of a file upload service.  If it would help, I'd be
happy to have my engineer contact you to discuss some of the finer details.

It is 3D. I load it into Rhino and it becomes 3D.
Normally it also imports into solid works.

Here is step file. Tell me if this works. We have dozens in various formats/

Jarrett is my go to guy for Solid Works native file format.
