The last info I have on the rules
is the Super Sport class is now 1000 cubic inches.
Probably to include the R985.
One must exceed 300 mph to qualify.

The Sport class is 650 cubic inches or less
and one must go 200 MPH to qualify.

Dave should be able to qualify but there is a lot of induced
drag on RV's (low aspect ratio) in a continuous 3G turn so 250
HP may not be enough.
