Well my engine is back together. This time the oil filter is plumbed
correctly and I should get oil through the engine.  I cranked it for a
while with the plugs out and the turbo oil line disconnected until oil
squirted out.  I reconnected the line and cranked some more but there
was no real pressure showing on the gage.  I'm not sure if the gage is
bad, or it wasn't cranking fast enough or something else is going on.
Tomorrow I'll give it another shot and maybe see if it will start.
