Well my engine seems to run pretty good.  It took a while to get all the
oil leaks squared away but it seems to be dry now.  Oil pressure was
running high, pegged the gage at 80psi so I'm not sure where I stand on
that ( @2000 rpm)  My charging system isn't working and I'm at a bit of
a loss since it is made up from components I can only partially
identify.  I could only run the engine for a short time as I burned
through the turbo to exhaust pipe gasket and there was no load on the
engine.  I did see boost pressure start to rise to 0 psi around 3500 rpm
but didn't run it up higher than that.  I should have a warp drive prop
by the end of the week so that will help.  My engine seem to be about
twice as loud as Dave's, which won't make the neighbors happy either.

Congratulations Randy.

You need a higher pressure gage. Be careful the gage could fail and you could
pump all the out through it if it is the mechanical type.

You need a 150 psi gage as the oil pressure can go almost that high
when cold.

Put a volt meter on the alternator and see what is coming out.
How many wires come out of it. It may need a new regulator.
