Can any of you RV builders tell me how I can tighten this nut and bolt?
No wrenches or sockets I have fit. This is built according to the
plans and with the AN nut and bolt called out in the plans.

I sure hope Van gave a little more thought to assembly when
he designed the later airplanes.

The bolt head appears to be captured against the tube.
Sacrifice (cut-down) a wrench or ground down socket to torque the nut.
Consider replacing that nut+bolt with a drilled bolt + castellated nut +
cotter pin in that location. (despite the locknut/loctite?)
