On your damper design do you think if you go with pce of tubing instead of rectangular so you can use those mount and cut the inner sleeve to the outer ring size and bolt the inner sleeve to the flywheel http://bpi.ebasicpower.com/pc/MAL9-58000/MER6E

I am sure that would work but there is no control over the stiffness.
What you see is what you get. Looks too stiff for me.
Also puts high bending loads on the small bolt where it bolts
to the flex plate.
