As for me, ANY sports competition scenario brings the same perils.

Indianapolis, Rolex, Daytona, high seas sailing competitions, ... ALL
of them carry risks and people getting into these competitions know
very well the risks involved.

Hope the Nanny state doesn't try to stick its nose into it.
