I was wondering if you know anybody who is building a coot (amphibian)
with a rotary engine here in CA?

I would like to talk to one, and what it would be like..

Also, I would like to hear your recommendation on what workshop I can go
to, in relation to building an experimental aircraft.

I am an electrician by trade, and want to expand my field of learning
towards building experimental aircrafts.

I will be glad to be pointed in the right direction.
