Anybody ever experience tail flutter on an RV aircraft?

I don't know, but I am happy that I did point out a somewhat loose
trim tab to a RV-3 owner, after going around his plane, touching things.

He said that he had experienced some strange vibrations in flight. I
wouldn't say that it was the trim tab but, at least, happy that he
looked to make it more rigid (or less loose :))

Loose hinges are NEVER a good thing on control surfaces, including the trim
tabs!
