How much boost is Bobby using?

 I'm not really sure.  Seems like he mentioned max boost was 35", but I'm

 certain on that.  I do know that he cruises at around 30".

 We were cruising between 160 and 170 TAS (mph).  I normally cruise around
 190-200 TAS (mph), but I was flying with two RV's, so needed to slow down.

 Has anyone tried the small belt driven blower by paxton that was used on
 some shelby mustangs?

 Prices start at around 2,000, and should run way cooler than a turbo. I know
 that a turbo is almost  "free power" using reclaimed energy from the
 exhaust, and this will require some HP from the engine to drive it,

Seems like a robust off-the-shelf solution for gear reduction on a
turbo-compounding project. Your traction drive looks very cool, but I
haven't seen anyone using that (or any other method of coupling
turbine to crankshaft) in even a test-stand engine. I assume the
primary reason is lack of will to fabricate and troubleshoot a new
design.
